Article 7 — Competitors
Competitors must be members of the FDA for official events.
They must be insured for their equestrian activities, for public liability and for personal accident.
One rider may present several programs with different horses, up to a limit of two horses per level.
KNOWLEDGE OF THE RULES — On entering, the competitor declares having read these rules. The link is presented at the moment of entry, and the text can be consulted at any time on the Federation's website, article by article.
This declaration is not a formality. The length of the program, the movements set aside, dress, tack and accessories are matters of the competitor's own preparation, not of the jury's judgement: they are choices made before entering the arena, and they bind whoever makes them.
