Conclusion
Our approach stands at the crossroads of the scientific approach and the empirical method. It holds that the horse-and-rider pair can communicate bodily without causing serious damage; that psychic and mechanical conflicts can be avoided; and that the new discoveries in functional anatomy in the horse must find concrete practical outlets elsewhere than in veterinary medicine. That is what we have set out to do.

From the imaginings of our heritage to the environmental values of today, the horse shows a privileged bond with man, towards a « responsible sport » and a practice made conscious around contact — that factor of resistance, and of ethics.
